Sally is a professional supervisor with a strong background in nursing and health services in Aotearoa New Zealand. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by health professionals working in complex and emotionally demanding environments.

 

Sally has completed postgraduate professional supervision training through the University of Auckland and offers a thoughtful, well-grounded approach to supervision across disciplines, founded in reflective and strengths-based practice.

Supervision with Sally provides a collaborative, reflective, and supportive space where trust, safety, and respect are central. She is particularly attentive to personal wellbeing and the impact of organisational pressures, cumulative stress and exposure to trauma in professional practice.
